Patient Engagement system using spruce
High patient engagement is the heartbeat of a successful DPC practice. In this simulation, I demonstrate a custom-built system designed to send patients engagement materials based on their conditions eg HTN or DM. By doing this, it helps reduce patient churn and keep clinical communication seamless.
